We topped it off with a stay at Ashley's beautiful bed and breakfast run by Ashley's parents Larry and Barbara.

The next morning we were planning to head out early, but no way that was going to happen after getting into the best conversation ever with some real down to earth folks like Larry and Barbara. Barbara shared some moving stories about her native American heritage.

We were staying in Clearwater, but spent a day in Tarpon Springs last December. We got lost and ran into a Greek lady on the street who told us where to go to eat... over in the Sponge Docks area. We ended up at a place called Hellas Restaurant & Bakery. Great place.
